Billing Policies and Fees
Application Fee
CSU Global Campus assesses a one-time $25 application fee to all students and is due when you submit your application. The application fee is non-refundable.
Official Transcript Request
Other service charges such as providing official transcripts to another college or university, or issuing a duplicate diploma are due at the time the request is made.
Refund Policy
If you drop your classes on or before the last day to receive a refund, the full amount of tuition paid will be refunded to you. You will not receive a refund for amounts paid if you drop/withdraw from your classes after the last day to drop a class. Refunds to students will be made by check. Refund requests will be processed within two business days after the last day to drop the class.
Students receiving Federal Title IV Aid, Third-Party Sponsorships or Institutional Scholarships are subject to the refund policies of these providers. In some cases, the financial aid received may need to be repaid to the program. Please contact the Financial Aid Office for more information at 720.279.1144.
Electronic Materials Fee
Should you take a class requiring an e-book and drop or withdraw from that class, youre-book charge will not be refunded.
Outstanding Student Account Balances
Students with unpaid tuition 30 days after the start of class will be placed on a registration hold and transcript hold. These holds restrict the student from enrolling in a subsequent session and transcript requests will not be processed until payment or arrangements to pay have been made.
If tuition charges are not paid by the last day of the semester, the student's account balance will be referred to one of our collection agencies. The student will be responsible for all collection costs incurred to collect the unpaid balance.
Unpaid Tuition and Fee Charges
If payment or arrangements to pay via installment plan, financial aid, or third party sponsorship are not made by the drop period we will automatically drop you from your courses. You will be responsible for your tuition charges and your paid application fee will not be refunded to you. Students may register for a future term if eligible to do so.
Non-sufficient Funds Fee
A $35 non-sufficient funds fee will be assessed to returned checks or electronic payments.
