  • Success Advisor

CSU-Global Campus seeks applications for the positions of Success Advisor. The individuals hired for this role reports to the Executive Director of Student Success and Services. These are highly-visible, student-centric and integral positions responsible for helping CSU Global Campus meet its strategic admissions and enrollment objectives through the execution of assigned recruitment/admissions duties. Success Advisors will work with prospective learners from inquiry through enrollment. These are 12-month administrative professional positions. Full description

  • Technical Writer / Editor

This position will report to the Manager of Instructional Development, or his or her designee. The primary responsibilities of this position include proofreading and editing text materials for a variety of areas within CSU-Global Campus, but primarily online course materials documents. In addition, the Technical Writer / Editor may assist other units within CSU-Global Campus with internal and external communications pieces and web content. Examples of written materials that this position will work with are course content modules, course syllabi, course descriptions, academic catalog sections, and handbook and other instructional material for faculty and students.   • Multimedia Designer

    The Multimedia Designer is responsible for the management of course development projects including design, production, and testing of online courses and programs. The Multimedia Designer participates in the development of course materials that are functional, intuitive, informative, and consistent with CSU-Global Campus standards. This is a 12-month administrative professional position with benefits.
